Workouts

  • Monday: 5K on treadmill (if weather is less rain, more sleet/snow I will go home and do some Yoga and Leslie Walking instead)
  • Tuesday: 2 mile Tuesday – if it is a snow day, it will be #walkathome miles
  • Wednesday: AppleBee’s shift, yoga
  • Thursday: AppleBee’s shift, yoga
  • Friday: AppleBee’s shift, yoga
  • Saturday: COMPLETE REST & RECOVERY!
  • Sunday: yoga, walk
